It accurately describes what this website currently does. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor, and it does not yet carry the registered company name, company number or trading address a published policy should include. Treat it as a working draft.
What we store in your browser
We use two categories of storage. Essential storage is always active because the site cannot work without it. Analytics is off unless you switch it on — no analytics code is loaded at all until you agree.

Both are held in your browser’s local storage. They are never transmitted to us and never shared.
Analytics — only with your consent
If you accept analytics we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It tells us which pages people find useful. We have disabled Google Signals and ad personalisation, so your data is not used to build advertising profiles. If you do not accept, none of this loads and none of these cookies are set.

Google may process this data outside the UK. Google states that it relies on standard contractual clauses for those transfers. Exact cookie names and lifetimes are set by Google and can change — their own documentation is the authority.
Change your mind at any time
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. If you turn analytics off, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser straight away.
Legal basis
Essential storage is used because it is strictly necessary to provide the site you asked for. Analytics is used only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting anything you did before.
Enquiries
This site has no contact form. Every enquiry button opens WhatsApp, your phone dialler or your email client, so the conversation happens on that platform under that platform’s own terms — WhatsApp messages, for example, are handled by WhatsApp, not by this website.
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and to supply vehicles if you go ahead. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP address for security and reliability. That processing is necessary to serve the site.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled it.
Changing your mind
To withdraw consent, clear this site’s data in your browser settings. The banner will appear again on your next visit.
